I need a WordPress developer

Alright so I want to buy a finished template (it's a audio platform) where you can buy and download samples (music samples, short loops like drums and so on). I want to use this to build my idea, which needs further coding or development. My idea is to have a implanted membership system, where you can become a monthly paying member and by doing that you get monthly credits. For example, you get 100 credits for 5 dollars per month. With those 100 credits, you can buy samples, which makes you able to download them when you buy them. Let's say 1 sample is worth 1 credit, so everytime you buy a sample, you lose 1 credit and you own it as long as you are a member, if you stop being a member - you cannot access the system where you download the bought samples, if you reactivate your membership, you get access to them again and can keep going as usual. I would also in the future, which doesn't need to be in the beginning, have a app also connected to the site, so that the person can download the sample and it even shows upp in the app, so that the person can drag that sample from the app to the music program he is working in. But for now, I just want to be able to: Install the template I've chosen which already has a audio player and a platform like the one I want and install this credit system. I need someone that can do this!
