Build an Adsense Blog that will earn $15-$30 per day

This project would be relatively easy for people proficient in adsense niche sites. This will entail wordpress blog building using high value and low competion keywords. I am looking for someone who can build an Adsense site that will consistently earn initially at least $15-$30 per day, with potential to earn more in the future. This will serve as a test order and if contractor delivers as per requirement, long term job awaits for multiple providers. I have the following requirements: - NO black hats - NO proxy server manipulations - Contractor will use my existing hosting account. - I will provide the Domain name registration - Domain names, keywords and articles must be pre approved prior to posting - Arrangement will be a BUILD, PROMOTE and TRANSFER scheme - Preferred NICHES must come from - Insurance, Car loan, Mortgage, and any other high value keyword/niche suitable for Adsense (except pharma, alcohol, gambling, weapons, adult, hate, and other illegal sites) - Must be 100% compliant with the Google TOS - Contents and wordpress themes must be SEO/Adsense Optimized - Do appropriate internal and external linking - (SEO) Optimized Wordpress theme to be provided by the contractor - Must use Wordpress and install the necessary basic and advanced plugins as needed (example, WP statpress, Akismet, Sexybookmarks, etc.) - Wordpress themes should not contain hidden backlinks to other sites - Will involve driving traffic, link building and site promotion until desired income per day is achieved - Traffic driven to the site must be 100% natural, organic, whitehat with real people clicking (no bots, no artificial rank boosters) - Should earn consistently on a daily basis for one month before transfer of ownership to Me. - Will include blog promotion, bookmarking and link building, etc. as needed to achieve the goal (submit link/URL summary) - All Content MUST be original and SEO optimized (Copyscape tested) - All Copyrights Belong to Me Interested bidders must provide: - An outline of personal experience on the subject - A short outline or concise plan and strategy on how he will implement and accomplish the project to the best of his expertise (please include number days to accomplish, guarantees, special features, and proposed milestone payments). - List of previous clients with similar projects (if applicable) with respective URLs (include date of construction and project duration) as proof of accomplishments.
