Wordpress Mobile and More

To whom it may concern, I saw your gig “I will install, fix, move, optimize WordPress Blog or Themes and also install Plugins for $5” This is going to be a bit long to describe what I need I would like a [login to view URL] I can sign up and pay and do the hosting to have it set up for you What I need is something like this: Example 1: [login to view URL] Example 2: [login to view URL] Example 3: [login to view URL] Example 4: [login to view URL] Example 5: [login to view URL] Example 6: [login to view URL] Example 7: [login to view URL] You get the idea I would like a theme that is mobile compatible for android mobile phone and if you have noticed there are some .gif images I would like just one in the home page and for each button I click when I go to that page it has the same image banner at the bottom of the page The trick is that those all the same size .gif images will be stored on the server and every time the page loads it will load a random .gif image from the server. I have seen this done in front of me on wordpress and when the user clicks on the image it redirects them to a website So what I need is this A simple plane wordpress theme that looks like the examples above and at the bottom of the page an image banner that is repeated all on pages but generates random images from the folder that all the banner images are stored on and when I say this done it was done through that persons account on wordpress through this theme with just drop down menus and uploads and inserting the link to attach to the banner image and the account will have a lot of topics what I mean by this is if you take Example 7 [login to view URL] see where it says cat=133 there is also cat=132 cat=134 cat=131 cat=130 and so on you get the idea and each one is new content and images to go with the topic but same design hope you can help thank you
