Central Monitoring software needs to be upgraded

We need to create a central online database.

CMS needs to link to the database to retrieve all location IP information and have it ready for client to connect instead of client entering the IP info.

We need to have 2 versions.

First Version will be for clients which will only provide Camera Viewing, Playback or Record option & PTZ functionality option, Video Backup and Hdd Status Details

Second Version needs the Following

Functions tab and sub tabs, Info tab and Locations tab.

System Online/ Offline Check BUTTOn, Camera Offline BUTTON, Hard drive status BUTTON
