Fix Terminal Server

I removed an Active Directory server on the weekend and put a new one in it's place. Network working perfect except for the Terminal server. I get the following errors.

The system cannot determine if the license server is member of the TSLS Group on Active Directory Domain Service (AD DS) because the AD DS cannot be contacted

The system cannot deterime if the license server is registered as service connection point(SCP) in Active Directory Domain Services(AD DS) because the AD DS cannot be contacted

Need this fixed ASAP with someone doing a remote sharing with me.
