Requirements for our project.
1 - We would like a corporate email server. It would only serve 4 - 8 people in the near term. We want to house this onsite (home office at this time). We can order the server and connect to Internet but would be looking for your recommendation in terms of processors, RAM and software and will need you to install and secure.
2 - We need a second standalone server that we can publish client statements to. We have a separate need to create a login portal for our clients so that they can access their statements (in the form of PDF downloads), so if you or someone you have the skills and experience to develop this piece I would be interested in discussing that and earning you more money.
Note: We do not ever want there to be an open connection from the Internet to our database so in the process of generating and publishing statements to the server that will host our customer facing web portal, it is our expectation that there would not be an open connection back to our database which is on a separate machine.
