NetBIOS communication module to connect to server

I require a communication module created in C# to make use of an existing DLL to open and maintain a session with a server. I have the DLL with documentation, and also the code of an old C++ test application that uses the DLL to open a session with the server. I require an equivalent test application created in C# and the modules that let me easily open and maintain sessions to the server. A full test environment can be provided in a virtual PC image.
