website + app + encrypt/decrypt audio files

hello there, this might be the 1000 time that i post this project hoping to find someone. - i need someone to do me a website and an IOS app. the website idea: it is a website to sell audiobooks online. the users can choose to signup for a member ship which will give them a discount to purchase audiobooks. or just purchase book directly with out membership " still need to register ". if membership: then user pay for the membership fees. if direct purchase: then users only pay per audiobook. users can only purchase or search the audiobooks, check rates and give new ones. when a user get the book, users won't be able to download it from the website, the audiobook only appears on the user library on the app to listen to it. this is an example of the website i want: [login to view URL] --- the APP: the app will be only as a player to whatever the user purchased from the website " personal library " so it is the only way to listen to users purchase. users can log in users can see their personal library users can listen through streaming or offline users can listen and see the rented audiobooks only for 30 days max users can see their profile / purchase history / write review and rate audiobook the app --------- The core of this idea is to protect those audiobooks, meaning .. there would be no way to listening to the audiobooks except the app. plus i need to protect it so the users won't be able to give their account to other peoples all around the world to use the library or the purchased audiobooks. i would like to have an encrypting/decrypting mechanism " DRM " to those audiobooks. as i said, this is the core of this idea. if you have any question please let me know.
