Hello, my name is Jurgen. Me and a friend plan to start up a recruiting agency that hires English Native teachers for Chinese schools. We have a good idea of how we want the website to look and perform - we just need the talented website engineer(s) that can make this happen. We DO NOT need content writers. The website needs to be dynamic and intelligent; we have a basic outline of 5 tabs/ buttons. They will be called: "Home", "Find a school', "Services", "Find a teacher" and an "about us" section. The website should be easy to use and MOBILE FRIENDLY.
