We're currently seeking a skilled freelancer company or group to collaborate on a project involving the development and implementation of IT support services for the Approved Supplier Centre (ASC). ASC operates under a specific mission to promote a culture of quality and excellence among suppliers and extend its reach into the economic community.
The project comprises the creation of a comprehensive IT infrastructure organized into specific modules:
Informational Website Module:
Objective: To serve as the central hub for public-facing information and activities related to ASC.
Characteristics:
Informative, Interactive, Accessible, Consistently Updated
Certification Bodies Registration Module (front-end and back-end).
Supplier Registration Module (front-end and back-end).
Invoice and Collections Module.
Auditing Activities Module.
Administration Module.
Communication Module:
Objective: Record all formal communication activities between ASC and Certification Bodies and Suppliers.
Technical Requirements for the Informational Website:
Content Management System (CMS):
Easy-to-use system supporting multiple content types.
User-friendly Design and Navigation:
Intuitive interface with logical organization and search functionality.
Multilingual Support:
Support for multiple languages with manual translation.
Events Calendar:
Interactive calendar displaying important dates and events.
Security:
Strong security measures, including secure login procedures and data encryption.
Approval Workflow:
System for reviewing and approving new content or changes.
Analytics and Reporting:
Tools for tracking and analyzing user behavior and engagement.
Responsive Design:
Optimal viewing across various devices.

Feedback Mechanism:
System for users to provide feedback or ask questions.
User Evaluation Mechanism and Feedback:
System to collect user evaluations on content and usability.
The registration process involves integration with Unique Entity Number (UEN) and Unique Personal Number (UPN), utilizing the OTP system for identity verification.
Certification Bodies Registration:
Multiple representatives for a single Certification Body (CB) are allowed.
Representative authentication through the OTP system.
Documentation Submission Process:
Representatives must submit required documents, including Company Registration, Representative ID, Authorization of Representation, and a Performance Bond.
ASC's Back office will validate and approve the pre-registration.
Supplier Access:
Suppliers must obtain UEN and UPN through the Chamber of Commerce.
ASC will use the UEN to access an OTP via an alternative sign-on method.
