Private User Specific Home Page

As a job resume service provider, I will offer customers four different choices to create/develop/tweak their personal resume from a high school graduate to Executive Staff and military personnel transition. I will explain in detail the different options then have a “Get Started” link where the customer would be prompted with a secured registration form.

The registration form would be used to enter profile and contact information, select one of the four resume services, and be directed to a payment method (e.g., PayPal). Once payment is confirmed by PayPal, the customer would be redirected to a PRIVATE “customer homepage” where the home page is standardized for each customer but private so only the customer and administrator can see the information, post messages, upload and download files, and complete a Job History Form (approximately 10 pages).

I visualize the customer homepage as a template to ensure all customers have the same information on creating a new account but the environment/area is PRIVATE. If the customer logs out for whatever reason, I would like the login page to validate/authenticate the user has completed the payment process, has completed, the Job history form, and is prompted if a new message awaits them or new file to review.

The back end should be able to access each customer account, post messages to the customer homepage/dashboard, upload or retrieve/download customer posted files, etc. The back end would need to be a dashboard where there’s a notification when new customers register, new messages are posted by existing customers, and new files have been posted. The customer management area would be more like a Project milestone view showing the new customer, their payment date, the option they selected, the default date the Project should be completed by, if the customer paid an additional fee to expedited the writing process, and then allow the administrator to toggle different statuses as being completed or not (i.e., customer payment received, Customer Job History Form was completed, first draft sent to customer, first draft accepted, second draft sent to customer, second draft accepted, Final draft sent to customer with a date and time stamp.

I’m very flexible on how it all comes together but with the details above, I hope it helps create enough imagery to capture the same vision. Thank you!
