[url removed, login to view] is a new website that I am setting up, it will be an online trading platform for websites and domain names, there will be no posting fee and it will start off with a small succession fee of 5% as appose to many other trading platforms which have high posting fees with 15-30% succession fees. These low succession fees will bring in a lot of customers with high profile websites which will enable the website to generate large profits and to quickly gain popularity, as well I shall attract many visitors through advertising and I am very good with CEO so will ensure that my website is seen by many customers. What I require is a skilled website programmer to create an online trading platform which will enable domains to be listed and sold, I will make a design brief of how I want the website and then the programmer would create the website as such. I would be in contact by email where we can exchange messages regarding the website. After the website was created I would post it online and then the programmer would get 15% of all profit generated from the website for the first year, this will amount to a very large sum if a good website is created and i hope to work with a skilled programmer who can create a good website. Server side and database skills will be required as well as design and other general programming knowledge to create a platform including users, comments, watch domains, bidding, payment integration etc.

PLEASE NOTE: the programmer will receive 15% of all profits made by the website in monthly installments via paypal for the first year, this will amount to a large sum if the website is created well. This is the main payment, not the fixed rate as the website is actually a large project.
