Zen Cart Store Redesign/Makeover

Hi,
We are looking at getting a makeover for our Zen Cart store. At the moment I have done all work in-house, and have built the site as well as I can using the templates available. I want the website to look cleaner and more attractive, but still be easy to navigate and use, as we often get complimented that it is easy to use.
There are two sides to our business:
1, Selling Welsh Crafts and Gifts from Wales.
2, Selling Fair Trade Gifts and Crafts mostly from Africa but also other places in the world.
We want to keep all of the text, but make it easier to read, because at the moment it seems the site is overloaded with text.
We also want to make the process of purchasing products as easy as possible.
If possible we would like a new branding for our website that joins together both aspects of our company. The name of our company is Cadwyn which means 'chain' in Welsh. You can read more about our company here - [login to view URL]
Our website is 100% bilingual in Welsh and English, and must stay that way, but it would be good if we could add a Google translate button to the English pages so that opeople can read (to an extent) a language in all languages available through Google translate.
Basically we are looking for a re-design/makeover of our store, so that it looks more proffesional, more unique, more modern, and also sells the products better.
