Redisign Home page - simple (bid $30)

I will pay $30 for ths project Ideally I would like someone to try to DESIGN IT FIRST, and if I like it or think that you could finish it based on the sample you created, then I would accept you for the job and pay you. You could potentially use other pictures than the ones I attach if you think they would be better. I am looking for a VERY good designer. Someone who really has a good sense of design. I have a home page [login to view URL] that I want to look a lot nicer (just the picture part) The basic info is there, I just don’t think I did a great job of making it look very good. I want I to be: 1) SIMPLE and not too cluttered 2) Easy to understand in a few seconds what I am selling (International Roaming at 85% off) 3) Professional Looking I have attached 2 jpeg samples of concepts that I did. I have also attached the jpegs that I used in the diagram. I also need someone devoted to getting this done very fast. This is a great project for a designer who is trying to get some exposure on this site. Thanks,
