Need Logo Redrawn or Recreated as a Vector Image

I have a logo that only exists in *.jpg form. I need it recreated as a vector image (Illustrator) exactly what you see on the *.jpg. I need asap.
I also want to know if this project will be successful. You may have to trace the *.jpg file to create it. I don't know what the font is (or if it is a font).
Please tell me: If you create a vector of this image - will it look exactly like the *.jpg?
