Modifying existing PSD for Website

ABOUT US
We are a Germany-based company, our working language is German and English.
We operate a German website based on magento which we'll extend to English by the end of this year / beginning of next year.
People working with us are passionate about their work, creative in finding solutions, ambitious
and work hard to get things done. No worries, we also have a lot of fun.
There doesn't pass a day without us laughing hard here at the main office. :)
OUR SITUATION AND WHAT WE NEED:
We do have a growing list of change-requests and bug-reports.
Currently all of the change-requests and bug reports are in German, that is why it is definitely a plus for you to know German!
If you don't know German, but you meet other criteria that are helpful, we would consider that.
REQUIREMENTS
Photoshop
Graphics Design
Knowing German is a definite plus (to understand what we need; our working language is German and English)
Understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
Work together closely with designer and other members of our team, depending on the situation.
WHAT WE NEED:
We need you to make small modifications to one PSD-file.
Depending on your skill, it should take you 15-60min.
This is the initial task.
Please know that we are looking for continuous help and need PSDs changed, sometimes also created, regularly.
After you have sent us the modified PSD, we may make a small change-request.
Though it should be pretty simple as the design, layout and look and feel is already existing...
We have a magento shop and we want to add a feature to front page. We want you to make us a proposal in form of an image (JPG, PNG...) file how that feature would look nicely integrated in our existing layout. 2 changes are to be made (see description in attachments).
We are looking for an ongoing partnership as we will have many PSD proposals to be made in the future.
If we can collaborate well and we are satisfied with your work, we could give you more work.
WHAT WE HAVE:

- Mockups with changes
- idea on what the category-changes could look like
