The VGÖ is considered an important hub for consumers interested in veg*an lifestyle, producers and retailers, and media and politics concerning subjects like health, nutrition, environment, consumer protection, and agriculture.

Image: creditable, healthy, respectable, trendy, big, sustainable, fair, dynamic, transparent. These keywords describe the impression the website gives about the organisation as well as the vegan lifestyle.
Targetgroup: The most frequent visitors are people that are interested in the subjects of veganism, vegetarianism, and the environment. Another very important focus is to make a positive impression on companies, media and politics. Those targets should see that we are respectable and creditable experts, that represent a trend as well as the ideals of numerous people.

Goals of the website:
1)To leave a good impression (see \'Image\')
2)To provide an interactive platform for people where they return for new information and also attach themselves to us in various ways (order free copies of magazines, sign up for the newsletter, post recipes and comments in the forum, etc.) - The content articles are means to attract visitors to return.
Structure:
The structure is similar to the one in the attached screenshot. But please only pay attention to the structure, the layout/style is not optimal.
*) Header: On top a header that should look attractive. Logo of the VGÖ should be in it. Font in the logo can be modified. Best would be the vegan flower symbol with the writing \'Vegane Gesellschaft\' without the \'Österreich\'. The search-button should also be in this area (search function should work very well).
*) Categories/menu: Located in/under the header. Possibly we would put two separate boxes \'Press\' (Für Presse) and \'Companies\' (Für Firmen) into or under the header. These should not be standard categories, but separate blocks for these two important target groups that stand out a little.
*) Articles: On the left we want articles in chronological order, which can also be found over the menu.
*) Boxes: On the right we want boxes with links to the most important things (what we want to sell, where we want most interaction).
Social Media integration: On the frontpage Facebook and Youtube icons. Under every article: Share via FB, Mail, Twitter, google+

Technical specifications: The website should be realised with Drupal (or maybe Typo3 or Wordpress) and fluid responsive design. Please keep that in mind. Your work must be easily capable of being integrated into that.
Final product: A layout, which is suitable for responsive design, and which should show the following: mainpage, mainpage with open menus/categories, forum, recipes.
