Landing Page + Simple Header/Footer Needed

I need a landing page, header, and a footer created for a website that I am launching. Landing page needs a fresh design and possibly (hopefully) a logo for the site. The site name should be on the top of this page with a nice, fresh look (color is up to designer). Would like to see two main colors that work very well together that can be used throughout site (easy on eyes and fresh). We will need one or two pretty good size stock photos on this page. We have source code for two to three features we would like to see on this page (search, log in, and new user sign up) so this is more of a design task than coding (however light coding will be needed). I will be providing about 100-120 words of text we will need on page that should be spread out in 3 separate sections- this is where the designer (you) should know where and how to make this look GREAT! Should be created in HTML I would think. The header should be fairly simple. It should contain the name of the site and the same color scheme and look of the landing page (needs to flow with the landing page). It doesn't need to contain anything more than the name and look great with logo hopefully. This will need to be in HTML. Same goes with the footer. It should contain a very simple logo or a little chunk of the landing page so that the rest of the site flows with the landing page. The dimensions of the header and footer are as follows: Both header and footer are to be 760 pixels wide with the header 170 pixels high and the footer 120-140 pixels high. I will need someone who is a great designer that can produce great work! If this goes well, there WILL be more work. So, however wins the bid, do a great job and you will be rewarded with more work! Do not bother placing a bid unless you can show me samples of your previous work. I will need the winner of this project to finish very quickly (within a couple days max) and produce an extremely high quality product. I will have things to put in the landing page, but I need your creativity and skill to make a truly remarkable landing page scheme and header/footer combo that will help me convert!!!
