Graphic/Web Design (ASP.NET)

I need a graphic designer that I can use on an ongoing basis to develop professional graphics and web designs. Freelancer should be very fluent in English and have great communication skills. I have many projects for the right freelancer and will need to see examples of your "original" design work to pick the right one. Designer should be able to create jpgs and gifs that will be incorporated into asp.net html pages.
