Looking for someone talented in graphic design to create a total of FIFTEEN STATIC Banners FOR $30. Do not bid higher than $30. The Banners are for My Mexican Food Online Store. The Banners are STATIC and the Sizes are 728 x 90 and 125 x 125
I am NOT looking for something that a software program just does for you, so if you can only design banners with pre-packaged templates/software, please do not bid.
