Clone of website with some modifications

Clone a website with some changes. (Send PM for domain info) The design of the site is clean and neat. I want the clone to be similar to the site but not exactly the same. 1) background of site is gray. The clone can be gray or another color. 2) background of content section of site is white. The clone background of content section should also be white. 3) Text of content section of site is black, Arial, 10pt font. The clone text of content section of the clone site should also be black, Arial, 10pt font. 4) The main colors on the site for logo and headers is brownish-orange and blue.
