Change CSS template to GC hyip template

I have a CSS template for my hyip website but is not similar to usual hyip template. I want to someone to make changes in the CSS template and make it look like a hyip website. Apart from that need to install the template to the script and make it go live. In order to see whether you know the work - a subsidiary template will be provided to you and need to make changes to it and make it look like a hyip website. and I also need banner design.
