Online Marketing Assistant

I'm looking for a someone who understands and has experience driving traffic to websites and managing websites:

I need someone to work for a flat fee on a weekly bases for 6 months+ $30 ideally for all the following (ongoing - except of the occasional one week off while we update the websites).

We need you to:

Submit articles, upload content, pinging search engines, project bidding, blog and forum comments (perfect English), social bookmarking. Flat fee, targets to be agreed upon.

1)Submit articles for us to article directories, hub pages and squidoo (including adding images)(we supply the articles), you need to bookmark these articles

2)Submit Press releases for us, bookmark these

3)Upload articles to our blog

4)Bid on projects on freelance websites

5)Index ad's submissions and writing ads for business directories

6)Give comments on top forums and blogs (expertly written responses)

We expect that a certain amount will be completed each week, exact target will be provided via the messages forum.

We are employing other people to do this work for us and our clients, if you are successful and hit our weekly targets we will give you the responsibility of managing all our online marketing - Traffic generation and conversion. You will be responsible for website development, improving our conversion rate and working with our team or writers/designer to keep our websites remain at the top.

Your experience and commitment to internet marketing, project management and timeliness will ensure that you have work for 6 months minimum.

I'm not looking for a marketing promotion OFFER, I need a dynamic, talented and flexible individual or small team interested in this project and many more like it.
