Transfer Websites to New Hosting

We have a few tasks. First, we want to verify what files we are currently storing on [url removed, login to view] and if they are "live" or not. We have 20 websites represented on there and if they are not live, we plan to delete some to create more room for other sites. The person who takes on this project will download the unused files and save them to a DropBox or some other device that can be shared with us. Second, we want to transfer websites currently hosted in different areas including [url removed, login to view] and site5.com. There appears to be 1 website hosted on [url removed, login to view] and 2-3 on Site5.com. Finally, we want to shut down our account at [url removed, login to view] knowing that there's nothing else being hosted there and we just need someone to review what we have on there and verify that it's all clear.

We expect this job to be done in shifts. First is to determine what's on our account on [url removed, login to view] and what is live and what's not. After that, we may pause for a few days while we delete and /or download files. Second is to move things over to 1and1.com. And then 3rd, at the end of this month, we will shut down Site 5. We have to have some time b/w projects to alert people of what we're doing.
