Can setup your server for sure, but need SSH access to it to work. Just tell me what email server you like most, or if i'm open to use postfix and dovecot for it. What else you need in the server for you, it thats it $15 will do for the work, its very basic and did this so many times it doesnt give much work anymore :) If you need more stuff, like apache, php, we can talk about it, if you need some antispam tools with the email will cost a little more, but not too much okay.
