Create a video and sensor data replay functionality for Grafana

I want to use locally running, open source Grafana ([login to view URL]) to replay sensor and video data time synchronized.
I have the sensor data as a time series databases and I know the starting time of the video and the frame rate.
In the end, my application shall:
- Have a slider and a play button (comparable to a video player). On this slider, I want to see the start and end time of the data set and the current time of the replay. When I press play, all relevant sensor and video data shall be displayed for the respective time and run in real time.
- Be able to replay in up to 10 times reverse or forward speed.
- Be able to skip to a certain point in time using the slider.
- Be able to load the different relevant time series databases (e.g. for video, temperature, brightness etc.) to the relevant Grafana visualization entities. In order to do this, I only want to select a folder (e.g. via a file selection dialogue) that is named something like "<startTime>_<endTime>".
- It would be best if the whole functionality could be realized via using a "visualization text object" that simply runs the code (comparable to [login to view URL]).
It would be possible to transform the video into some kind of time series database that stores single frames if necessary beforehand.
