3 ''punch'' sound effects(repost)

I'm having a hard time finding sound effects I can use, and I don't have a space to make these effects. It's quite easy, but it takes a lot of quietness to get something on tape.
The format is Wav. Must sound like a fist, or close to it. Not wood on wood type. "Bam! Pow! Thwack!" type of noise. Probably lasting half a sec at most.

Sound effects must be fresh! Recorded. If you bid earlier, feel free to bid again. Let me know you can do it, have a quiet place to record, and will not purchase sound effects from web sites!
I am still waiting on the last accepted bidder to use fresh noises, but if he can't perform, I will choose from this repost. I can already recognize sounds that are on the internet because I've already searched them. They are not "organic".
