Good day. The time frame and the bid amount is my best estimate in finishing this project.. I have been using MS Access for my personal and professional use and I can guarantee you that I can finish the project on as soon as possible without sacrificing the app's quality. I have one question though, what do you mean by "should not do anything with SQL"?
