I have a template in mind (got the psd done) - now I want that converted into a Joomla Template
I could actually do it myself, but I don't have time and I am looking for someone else to help me out instead.
The SEO and Xhtml and CSS optimization should be good

I want to work with individual template designers and not companies.
The designer should be creative and should be able to tell me more ideas.
This is the first of many projects so I want someone who is positive and does not need to told what to do everytime.
