Create 1D Image / eBook Cover

I am looking for someone to create ONE *Extremely Professional* looking, 1D (one dimensional) report cover for me Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand. Here is a sample of what I am looking for: XXX [login to view URL] [login to view URL] #1- I need the finished cover as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square image,. #2- I need you to give me the COVER in two different sizes; a- One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels and b- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size. Both must be saved as JPG images. #2- All images MUST be 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE you will get the images from to verify that they are) #3- I will give you the textual content that should be placed on each of the cover, i.e. Title, Subtitle, Author's Name, etc. #4- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the writes to the finished cover, you must be willing to sign a contract stating this. This is a VERY simple job as you can create a template to make them all from. I do this in about 5 minutes so DO NOT BID more than $5.00 each cover .. I need ONE for now and will need more in the very near future from you. Bid for now Thanks Again this is VERY easy if you are good at what you do.
