I would like to hire a Videographer

I will be conducting a workshop in Rajaginagar for commerce students. I need the first three hours to be shot. Then the key elements of the three hours needs to be edited and made into a 10- 30 minute youtube video for promotional purposes. So the want-to-be professional must know the angles to shoot from and meet me an hour before the workshop begins ,so that i can explain the need. I need a student/freelancer or a learner to take this up, since my budget is not big.
