Video editing (repeat business)

Hi, I'm looking for a cost-efficient video editing service. This will be a REPEAT and ongoing business starting with 20 videos to be edited and produced per month, and hopefully numbers growing from there into a sizeable business for everyone involved. Business will start operating around April timeframe, and then ongoing. Business is: - Filming swimmers in swimming pools with Full HD 60p underwater cameras - 6 different angles will be shot for each swimmer - Each shot will be around 30 seconds duration What I'm looking for from Freelancer is: 1) Connect to cloud storage, download the following: ___a) raw video files ___b) swimmer ID/name ___c) swim technique commentary table with time stamps ___d) swim technique scoreboard 2) Import videos in a video editing tool (e.g. Final Cut, iMovie, whatever) 3) Mount video following template agreed ___a) intro slide/animation/sound with ID/name of swimmer for 5 seconds ___b) separator slide indicating upcoming sequence's name (front, back, side shots etc) for 5 seconds ___c) video sequence at normal speed (trim as required for professional look and feel) ___d) video sequence at slow-motion speed (40%) (trim as required) ___e) text displaying swim technique commentary over slow-motion sequence at indicated time stamps ___f) freeze frame with technique commentary at indicated time stamps ___g) repeat b) to f) for all 6 video sequences ___h) separator slide displaying swim technique scoreboard for 30 seconds ___i) closing slide/animation/sound for 10 seconds 4) Export video in the required format/size 5) Upload video to cloud storage and notify of completion I'm looking for very effort-efficient way of doing this, in a repeatable and scalable way.
