Video dimension changing + simple promo video

Project has two parts:
1. I will send to you 5 istock videos which needed to be transformed to different dimensions (from 1080x1920 to 1080x1920), duration: 3 s, (.mov) file, max 2 MB, Codecs: H.264, mebx, Color profile HD (1-1-1)
2. Need a promo video (.mov) combined with these 5 istock videos, music added, dimension: 1080x1920, promo video duration: apr. 20-30s (videos above can be longer in promo video=, iphone date and clock graphic added.
I will send you sugested istock videos and music before buying it to check if you can change dimensions. Also I can send you example of promo video.
Update:
1. from 3840x2160 to 1242x2688 (6.5'), max 10MB
2.. dimension 1242x2688 (6.5'), added short animation text with categories listed
