An apartment owner can use Managed Hosting PH and we will take care of everything from listing the property online, bookings, payment, guest checkin, cleaning and guest checkout. In exchange, we will pay the owners 75-80% depending on which plan they choose. Renting on Airbnb can yield 2-3x more per month in Manila compared to long term rentals so the financial benefits for the owner are simple: use Managed Hosting for “hassle free Airbnb” and earn more money from your rental property.
