Create a Video

I would like an animated video that explains the property repairs service/process my firm offers.

We are a social housing repairs and maintenance company and work with housing associations and residents. I would like a video that can be used across our clients without starting from scratch for each one, because not all of them have an identical level of service we will need some interchangeable frames and the ability to swap out logos etc. So there is the opportunity for further work with amending the videos.

The general process is below that will be common for 99% of our customers…

I’m thinking the video will start with an introduction to Axis, the fact we’re employed by their landlord to undertake work in their home and an explanation of what we’re employed to do (responsive repairs and maintenance, gas servicing, electrical testing, painting and decorating, planned works that can include replacing kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors) - these will be interchangeable because different clients employ Axis for different things

Then show the repairs process…

1) Resident reports the repair (either by phone or online or mobile app) – at this stage we’ll need to show telephone numbers or URL’s that will change for each client (example of interchangeable frames)

2) This is answered by one of Axis NVQ customer care trained call centre operatives who will be dedicated to your landlord’s contract – again interchangeable because some landlords take their own repairs calls

3) They agree a convenient 2hr appointment slot

4) Our operatives receive the details of the repair on mobile devices so the status can be kept live and up to date

5) You’ll receive a text reminder before the operative arrives

6) Our qualified operative will attend to repair the issue

7) We aim to fix every repair on the first visit and have a success rate over XX%, however on the few occasions we cannot, we’ll explain why and make a new appoint to return in the future

8) Once your repair is made we’d really appreciate your feedback, good or bad to help us improve our service

Keeping your homes safe and comfortable is one way that you’ll come into contact with Axis, however, whilst working with your landlord we’ll also be making a difference within the community. You’ll see us offering apprenticeships and local employment opportunities, school linked work placements, supplying volunteers and materials to improve communal community facilities among other community enhancing programmes.
