Annimation Movie

We have a pet door company and I would like a cartoon movie made, I have the story line, I need someone who can make a 30-60 second video to suit my vision. The script can slightly change, however this is the design I do not want someone that will waste my time, this project will be the first of many - only to the right person. I have full time freelancers that work for me regularly and this is an opportunity for someone else to jump on board! Storyline: Man & woman sleeping on bed with large dog (golden retriever) It is storming outside and everyone is sleeping Dog wakes up and needs to go outside to use bathroom Dog jumps off bed and starts scratching at the glass sliding door Dog barks at owners as he cannot go outside, woman screams with fright Female gets out of bed, hair crazy, eyes are closed, hunched back and really sleepy Female opens the door for the dog to go outside Dog goes outside Female rest's her head against the cold door to wait for dog to come back inside Dog comes back inside and is all wet, he shakes himself off (inside the house) Woman screams in fright Woman mutters, "I am calling Peel Pet Access Doors, I need a pet door now!"
