I am looking for someone that can create animations over a provided voice-over or that can animate AND do the voice-over. This will be for a story time type Youtube channel similar to this video [login to view URL] Not necessarily looking for that exact style, just the same idea for the animation. If you have any animations you have done previously I would love to look at them! I do not know how much people normally charge for this so If my budget looks wack, it is totally negotiable. If this gig is successful I will have plenty of work in the future for you!

Usually the animations are charged in per second basis, If you are willing to pay $8-9/sec let us know, We are video creators we have many channels in youtube up and running(monetised). We need a voice over to animate or it's only story you have we can also get the voiceover done which will be charged extra depending on the words in one story.
