Real Estate "Game" - HIGH quality photorealistic

I want to create a "game" where you walk around outside, and inside a Real Estate Complex. It need to be very very high quality 3D Realism. This is what I use today, open link: [login to view URL] - but this is a normal 360 pano virtual view, where you have to click on an icon to move to next step. I want to make it as a game, where you walk around like you do in a computer game. Walk around outside, open doors, go inside, take the elevator. Choose the floor, walk to different apartments etc. I am going to start small. This is the main scope: - 5 Apartment buildings of 4 floors put in a circle. - You can walk around between the buildings inside the circle. Inisde the circle there will be a small part. - Each building has a hallway - and then you can enter the elevators. - From the elevator you cam choose the apartment. But for now it will only be one apartment in each building since this is just a test/concept project. - One apartment will have living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom.
