responsive image fixes in Opencart Bootstrap 3 theme

I have an Opencart site, with a heavily modified responsive theme in Bootstrap 3.
However, the coder who designed it messed up, and images that I put in the DESCRIPTION text fields (product and category), and in blog posts (Opencart Blog manager), do NOT resize responsively.
I need this fixed.
I think the quickest, and easiest way, would be for me to simply add the appropriate code to the source in the text editor.

PS. This is one of many small jobs I need done on this site.
I have fired my original coder and am now looking for a reliable person to take over management and bug fixes as they occur.
