Design Engineer - JD Desired Candidate Profile, Experience and Skills required: • 3 – 5 years of experience in CATIA V5 software with Product Design Development. • Experience in Automotive industry for Product Design and Development • Experience in Design verification and validation activities • Prepare layouts, design & make engineering drawing with all specifications • Work on Design Concept Development, Modeling, Drafting, DFMEA, Design calculations • Good knowledge of GD&T and Stack-Up concepts and its application • Good Knowledge of Product development process and product life cycle • Preparing job estimation, timing plan, and project planning • Ability to read, understand and interpret Engineering Drawings and Engineering Design solutions • Should be able to meet customer quality and delivery requirements • Proficiency in MS office tools, PowerPoint and MS Excel Other requirements: • Good spoken and written communication a must • Good attitude and discipline essential to work as a team • Ability to add value through creativity & innovation • High level of Integrity and openness • Enthusiastic and willing to accept the challenge is highly required • Willing to travel on need basis
