3D Flythrough of existing 3DS Max Model

We are an exhibition stand design and construction company that designs and builds stands all over the world.
What we need:
3DS Max 2016 format, saved as an archive file which will package all material textures and reference files into one zip file.
This will have the following elements included:
1. The main exhibition stand structure
2. Furniture and AV elements including plants
3. All material textures will be applied (mental ray). (these may need to be reapplied if you are using a different rendering software)
4. Basic Lighting
5. A basic video to be played on all (TV Screens/Large video screens)
Animation Brief from Expocentric
Expocentric would write a brief that is an annotated plan view render that would demonstrate the desired camera angles, focus points and pathway.
Run time would be 30 secs to 3 minutes generally
Expected Output (between 2-3 days after the files are received) we would like to see a video similar to the links below: (MP4 format)
