Take a look at the attached screen grab. The coloured lottery balls and text form part of an animation which I have had produced. What I require is a new animation to replace the back 2 layers. Layer 1 should have a moving similar blue cloud effect Layer 2 should contain cyan coloured lottery balls, travelling from the centre of the screen outwards, at varying velocities. The balls should have a realistic rolling effects as they travel, and be at about 15-25% opaque, much less distracting than the stars you see in the screen grab. The animation should be 1024x768 at 25fps. It should be 10-15 seconds long and form a seamless loop.
