Do some 3D Modelling

I want to start a new soup, salad and sandwiches restaurant and I want to design a 3D design. Take in mind the design should also has the mechanical and electrical layout( 2D diagrams) for electrical connections, firefighting connections, security camera connections, HVAC connections, pluming connections, water treatment such as filtration & draining and Amperage calculations since I will give YOUR design to a contractor and the contractor need all information from A to Z to build it. As well as the decoration(3D design) which is the ART. I will provide you the auto-cad file which was designed by Kitchen-eering where all information such as the equipment dimensions, electrical or gas feed, power rating and where they should be installed in your hand. YOU should have worked in restaurant desing before NOT only decoration since the engginering is very important. Please if you do not have previous work and a proof of it, then do not bother your self. The resturant is 5 m width by 12 m deep. but the decoration are only 30(5*6) m^2. But also there should be some work in the kitchen area as stated above for the mechanical and electrical. Finally a logo should also be designed to have it as a package. Thanks in advance
