Do some 3D Modelling

CGI created architectural images to be superimposed upon a series of photos. I have a potential building plot and want to apply for planning permission. I need to 'sell' the idea to the Planning Department and the neighbours etc. I will supply the photos of the site, including panoramic photos of the site from various directions and view points. You will: 1/ Make the photos supplied look as good as possible, (photos will probably show grey overcast sky’s, these you would make blue etc., whilst all the time keeping the whole image natural). 2/ You would create architectural images to support my planning application. No plans have yet been drawn, so I will furnish some rough sketches of what I propose. You will take these sketches and make beautiful photo real images and place these on the actual photographs to show how the the finished home will look like if actually built. 3/ Ensure that all the CGI images you supply blend harmoniously with existing properties on all sides. You will produce images for a variety of alternatives, as follows: 4/ Images of a pair of semi-detached houses. 5/ Images of a single detached house. 6/ Images of a chalet 7/ Images of a mobile home, (Park Home, Static Caravan) I am particularly interested in trying to obtain planning permission for that listed as number seven above and will require an number of different examples of mobile home attractively positioned on the site. These should include mobile homes to a maximum of 28' x 10' and some twin units at arround 20' x 20' Please let me have some examples of similar work you have already done.
