Create an 3D Animation form a logo

Looking to take a 2d logo remove letters create an animated mascot and create 3 scenes in a 3d animation that can be overlay-ed into video productions. The three scenes will comprise of the character appearing walking onto the side of the display stopping turning and waving and then continuing to walk off other side of display. The character will have three different looks. Baseball player, American football player and basketball player. Character should be happy and kid friendly. Would like each scene to be different . Baseball character- will through ball up and catch while walking. American football player will toss ball into air and catch on other side of display. Basketball player will dribble across the screen.
