Create an Animation - Horse and Jockey .GIF

Create a 3D animation of a race horse and jockey running. I current have a 2D race viewer with [login to view URL] images. The animation consists of 7 images that run for 0.05 seconds each and look although a horse and jockey are running. Width 400 px; Height 250 px. I need to be able to edit the colour of the horse and be able to add a number from 1-20. The current race viewer is - [login to view URL]:54
