Animation video for my wedding day - open to bidding

We are looking for someone to help us create a funny creative short animation that will be played at our wedding reception. It will be about me and my fiance's individual families and quirky things about each family and how we met. Something of a cross between the Simpsons and The incredibles (we have thought about certain superhero elements we could add to each family member) We want it to be played after the toasts have been made as a way of thanking everyone who helped us with the wedding. So ya we want it to be fun and creative! We need help including: (a) Script & Storyboard (b) Graphics (custom designed) (c) Animation (d) Voice Over (may be) (e) Sound effects. We would like to keep the video within 5minutes.
