Create CAD 3D model of guitar pedalboard

I am currently designing a custom pedalboard for guitar usage. Most of the work are sketches with very limited graphical information. The job will be to create a fully functional CAD drawing (with 3D) ready for engineering to enter into their metal handling machines, such as CNC or similar. All information provided is confidential and is copyrighted by Thomas Mortsell. A short description of the board:

The board is based on a 2 floor model with a ground size of 700*600 mm. The height is 30-130 mm for 1st floor, and 180 mm for second floor. First floor will be tilted up towards the 2nd floor at the back. 2nd floor is flat, but will have 30 mm hanging over first floor. The board will be made in 2 and 3mm aluminum with an internal frame to support stability. The parts in the board is:

1. Bottom pane

2. Right and Left side panels

3. Internal frame

4. Back frame

5. first floor panel with switch box integrated

6. Second floor panel

7. Switchbox (integrated with first floor)

8. Internal power connector box (2 power sockets available trough board back panel)

9. Internal signal connector box ( multiple connectors available trough board back panel, and 1 button available on 2nd floor top panel. It must also be 1 connector available trough board right side panel)

10. Internal rack rizer for 3U 19" rack units

Internal components will be made of 2mm aluminum, while all outer parts will be made of 3mm aluminum.

The selected freelancer will have sketches for each part as well as exact measures for each components provided. The job will be very interactive related to forming and placing parts together. The freelancer is responsible for verifying that all parts fit together so there will be no errors when assembling the parts. The finished 3D model (drawings) must be colored in Black Pearl Metallic with details in blood red.

Due to lack of experience with CAD tools the deliverables must also be by PDF as well as JPEG images as well as the original CAD drawings. It is a bonus is the freelancer also have connections with an engineer that can manufacture the parts as well as paint them as desired. The job will contain a lot of freedom related to working hours and final design. There are however some guidelines that will be explained in detail for the entire board as well as each part. The final result must be a design ready to manufacturing.
