Create an Animation for Product Launch

I need an approximately 30- to 60-second animation created for an advertisement for a product that will be launched soon. The animation should be flat (not 3-d) and very well executed to fit with the current brand. Will include more details after reviewing [login to view URL] already have the audio recorded and the treatment of teh animation in terms of necessary elements, we just need an animator to bring it together visually. Our max. budget for this is $800.
