Write a Technical Report

The U.S. Patent Examiner has replied with a 103 objection, obviousness, and has cited 2 patents. I have already written about 10 pages of specifications, which should support an argument refuting the 103 objection. With this project you will write a refutation of the 103 objection. The patent concerns molds, mold release coatings, and molding resins, and continuous molding on a plastic web substrate using a label type printing press. I presume that your argument refuting the 103 objection will be less than 2 double spaced pages. I can send you a copy of the Patent Examiners 103 objection.
